- Local – Confirmation of Orders are thru Purchase Order attached email, on calls, Fax, 24 hours in 7 days.
- International – Confirmation of Orders are thru Purchase Order attached email, on calls, Fax, 24 hours except Fridays. Friday orders will be process on the next office day.

- Local Brands - The products you ordered will be deliver to you within 24 hours after the confirmation of the order, you will be given a reference code for your order tracking.
- Exclusive Brands – we will update you in tracking the products internationally purchase and committed to deliver it to you in less that a week after the confirmation.
